I've spent the last 20 years assisting hundreds of coaches and students to become aware of of their sacred sexuality along with the shadow side of it, and to develop the courage to act on it.

When we give ourselves permission to fully experience and enjoy all that life has to offer, we release shame and guilt, and embrace the joy and satisfaction that comes with living life to the fullest.
