Pain and trauma education classes are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, including those related to pain or trauma. 1. Confidentiality and Client Information:
As a powerhouse of professional service provision, we treat the handling of confidential client information as a sacred trust. The guardianship of our client’s sensitive data and the preservation of client confidentiality are paramount within our organizational framework.
2. Intake Forms and Session Recordings:
As part of our standard procedure, we request all new clients to complete intake forms. Additionally, we may record Zoom sessions for internal reference and use. These measures help us ensure quality service provision and enhance our ability to assist our clients effectively.
3. Non-Disclosure of Paperwork and Session Recordings:
Our policy dictates that we are unable to share copies of our paperwork or session recordings with clients. This policy is designed to safeguard the interests of both our cherished clients and our organization. Our company diligently takes great care in ensuring the safety and privacy of client information.

1. Eligibility for Partial Refunds:
1.1. Customers who cancel their attendance to an event up to two weeks (14 calendar days) before the scheduled start date are eligible for a partial refund.
1.2. The partial refund will be provided in the form of credit, which can be applied towards the registration fee for an upcoming event organized by Orpheus Black (the Company).
1.3. The credit amount will be equal to the original registration fee minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by the event organizer, such as administrative fees or upfront costs.
1.4. Customers must notify us about their cancellation in writing via email or through our designated cancellation process to be considered for a partial refund.
2. Refund Process:
2.1. To request a partial refund, customers must contact the Company within the eligible cancellation period stated in section 1.1.
2.2. The request should include the customer's name, event details, and the reason for cancellation.
2.3. Once the refund request is received, the Company will review it and assess the applicable refund amount based on the criteria mentioned in section 1.3.
2.4. If the refund request is approved, the customer will receive a credit voucher via email within 10 business days, specifying the credit amount and instructions for applying it to an upcoming event.
2.5. Credit vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who originally registered for the event.
2.6. The credit voucher will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance, and it must be used within this period. After the expiration date, the credit will no longer be valid or redeemable.
3. Exclusions:
3.1. Customers who cancel their attendance to an event within two weeks of the scheduled start date are not eligible for a partial refund.
3.2. In case of event postponement or rescheduling by the Company customers will have the option to transfer their registration to the new event dates or request a full refund.
3.3. Refunds will not be issued for any additional expenses incurred by the customer, such as travel arrangements, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Refund Policy:
First 4 Sessions:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to discontinue our services. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the first 4 sessions have been completed, or after 60 days from date of purchase - whichever occurs first.
Partial Refund:
Before the initial 4 sessions, or within 30 days (whichever occurs first), clients may be entitled to a partial refund under specific circumstances. Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to admin@orpheusblack.com. Our team will assess the situation and determine the applicable refund amount based on the individual case.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointment Cancellation:
We understand that emergencies happen, and plans may need to be adjusted. To cancel an appointment without any penalty, please ensure you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Penalty for Excessive Cancellations:
Clients are allowed up to three cancellations without incurring any penalties. However, for each subsequent cancellation made within the 48-hour window, a penalty fee of $20 will be applied.
